A pinned UI review skill can still use changing rules
Vercel Web Design Guidelines 1.0.0 at commit 063bee94 is a conditional fit when you need file-and-line findings from a UI code review. It needs named files and network access. Its pinned SKILL.md tells the agent to fetch review rules from another repository’s main branch before each review. That branch can change while the skill file stays fixed.
A user request opened on 25 October asks the maintainers to pin or bundle the rules and mentions a possible fetch failure. The issue describes a risk; it does not establish that a malicious change occurred. We inspected the pinned skill and current rule file, but did not install the skill, run a review, compare two rule revisions, or test a rendered interface. A clean file review is not a full accessibility or visual check.
