Keep the review rules with the skill
Vercel Web Design Guidelines can be pinned to a skill commit, but its instructions still fetch current review rules from another repository. If you compare reviews across dates, record both the skill revision and the fetched rules revision. A second issue asks Vercel to pin or bundle that dependency; it is a request, not a confirmed fix.
This documents reproducibility, not quality. We did not run the vendored skill, compare its findings with the network-fetched version, or test either on an app. For a one-screen task, a direct review against your own tokens and rendered state may still be enough.
