Jev implementation paths and daily discovery

Exact monitor window: 27 September 2026 05:05:48 UTC through 28 September 2026 05:05:48 UTC (start inclusive, end exclusive). Source and discovery checks occurred about 05:06–05:09 UTC after cutoff. The 27 September report is a dated baseline, not a statement of current account terms.

Evidence boundary: these are repository-code observations, creator statements and, for QuantDinger, repository tests using mocks. Git clone failed, and some tree/test links were inaccessible; no pool test, authenticated Jev call, Gmail or WordPress workflow, trade, bill or production deployment was observed. Moving main links are not immutable commits.

Three distinct failure policies

WorkflowJev question and code-owned effectNo-key, error and bypass behavior
Jevmail classifierSender, subject, timestamp and snippet → five-way tray Choice, urgency Score and AI SDK boolean question for personal mail → returned classification; a local schema defines classification and correction tables. The precise caller write transaction was not retrieved.Classifier has no no-key fallback. It retries 429 and 5xx once, then throws; a 403 is named. No-key /preview is an in-memory simulator, not a Jev call. Low-confidence top-two margin is a flag, not an automatic review gate.
WordPress Jev Comment TriageFor configured ordinary comments, submit hook holds first; async drain sends comment content, link count and, by default, name/URL/email to the separate Jev provider. Spam/scam Noul and toxicity Score feed site thresholds; code sets WordPress status and comment meta.Configured provider WP_Error: remain held for retries, then held for human review after three failures. No configured provider: preserve WordPress’s original approval/hold decision, potentially publish. Trusted users, pingbacks and prior spam/trash bypass. WP-Cron timing is not guaranteed.
QuantDinger optional entry gateCandidate order and context → five Choices for data quality, signal alignment, market regime, risk and execution → code returns allow/reject. Direct configurable TypeSafe POST /v1/systemone; best-effort decision audit insert. No key, internal-credit denial, Jev error, invalid answer or low confidence can end in allowed entry, with LLM fallback first when configured. Exits and grid/DCA/martingale variants bypass. Repository tests monkeypatch the provider; no live Jev trade was checked.

File and policy checks

Jevmail

OAuth source requests gmail.readonly. The question and AI SDK call uses typesafe-ai/jev through Vercel, with maxRetries:0 and application retry handling. The parser maps unexpected category choice to promotional and marks a top-two probability gap under 0.15 as low confidence. Thus schema drift can appear as a normal category. The test script and README’s five-sample claim do not prove tests passed; individual test files were inaccessible in this pass. README free-call claims were not re-established from current Vercel terms.

WordPress

The submit hook records WordPress’s would-be decision before holding eligible comments; cron drainage selects up to 20. Assessment and thresholds use 0.75 spam, 0.65 scam, 0.45 hold, 1.5 toxicity hold and 0.50 link assist by default. A non-error malformed response with absent nested answer fields becomes 0.0 in this plugin and could restore would-be approval; whether the separate provider validates before returning is unknown. The process path retains held status after three configured-provider errors. Repository test assertions were inaccessible; README case and timing numbers are creator reports, not pool measurements. An older synchronous provider guide has a different error contract and is not evidence for this plugin’s current async behavior.

QuantDinger

Direct request and response parser check option sets, probability bounds/sum and confidence. The allow/reject expression blocks explicit risk or execution block, or a sufficiently confident paired signal conflict and adverse market regime. A valid data_quality=insufficient is recorded but does not directly block; risk_check=insufficient or execution_quality=insufficient may allow entry. This is an inference from code, not a trade outcome. Audit storage catches database failure, so it is best effort. Mocked tests cover bypass, risk block, malformed/low-confidence fallback and credit denial; they do not establish a TypeSafe invoice, exchange effect or production use. The creator’s six-check diagram differs from five Jev Choice questions in current source.

Builder implication: a typed response is not itself a safety policy. Test malformed, insufficient, low-confidence and provider-error cases using labelled, consented workload data; keep permission, review and irreversible actions in application code. The workload protocol still has blank results.

Preceding-24-hour discovery

No item with a verified source event timestamp inside the exact window was found on the bounded surfaces. This is not a complete negative finding. “Today,” “yesterday,” or date-only topic labels cannot establish membership at the 05:05:48 UTC boundaries.

Surface or leadObserved result and limit
GitHub topics, typesafe-jevDate-only Laya “Sep 27,” Kev and jevgrep “Sep 28,” and QuantDinger “Sep 26” are leads only. No exact commit diff/time was retrieved. Native created, pushed and code searches failed; trending cache was stale.
Reddit, X, YouTube, TikTokNative recent searches failed or were blocked; no exact-time post/video established. X monitoring access is not connected or purchased.
DEV.to, Hacker News, Hugging FaceDEV.to snapshot was not a complete latest feed. HN last-24h and HF modified sorts failed. Accessible relative HN ages and Laya metadata did not prove a new in-window benchmark or checkpoint.

QuantDinger was first discovered in the 27 September report and audited here: older, newly audited, not a 28 September launch. Date-only Laya, Kev and jevgrep updates are unresolved timing leads. The 770-post HN discussion is not an independently checked benchmark.

Route and unresolved checks

TypeSafe’s model list still displayed jev-1.13.0, aliases, $0.042/M input, free output and listed limits. API reference still documented bearer-key POST /v1/systemone. Vercel still displayed rounded $0.04/M input; OpenRouter and Cloudflare still displayed $0.042/M input; Netlify retained its credit route; Opper retained rounded $0.04/M input and premium wording. No material list change versus 27 September was established. These are display claims, not account entitlement, invoice, live call or end-to-end data-retention verification.

Open: Jevmail caller transaction and test files; WordPress provider validation and test assertions; QuantDinger order call-site effects and audit durability; independent Jev-enabled installations; exact GitHub update timestamps; account-specific access, costs and consented labelled results. The 25 September 40-minute/500-batch experiment was not repeated.
