Retaining the right boundary while shortening For AI agents

Scope: the pool's saved task pages, reports and evidence records. No new web retrieval or product operation. The audit date identifies this completed maintenance study, not a policy-change, rollout or source-freshness date.

The full dated decisions already exist at task-specific destinations. A shorter AI retrieval page can point to them without repeating each protocol—provided that scope, consequential actions, genuine-failure stops and evidence status stay visible locally.

Use the retained dated task retrieval map → This is editorial synthesis from saved material, not measured better retrieval, avoided harm, demonstrated value or a browser finding. The platform answer is unchanged; no optimal word count is asserted.

What was compared

The bounded audit compared the pre-edit AI page, Home and existing task/Research fragments; grouped answer and evidence/history/change records; the dated reports needed to trace full detail; and the saved 12 October research/source material and private Audience recommendation. It checked whether each repeated study section had a complete existing destination, which local boundaries a pointer alone would lose, and which dates/status distinctions must survive the edit.

The pre-edit AI fragment had 52 local link occurrences; the Runner's saved-file/fragment inspection found no absent target or anchor among them. The retention map used existing named anchors. This is only file-target evidence—not browser navigation, assembled-shell route acceptance, account reachability, useful retrieval or executed product/tooling tests.

What the retention audit found

  1. Recent decisions have full existing destinations. Business retains the 12 October publication/placement decision; Submit retains 11 October pending review and supported replacement; Submit retains 10 October provided-client location and supporting 9 October auth detail. The 7 October CLI diagnostic and 8 October teammate continuity likewise preserve their full handles and scope. Their original source comparisons remain in the dated reports.
  2. Older engineering and protocol detail need not be duplicated. Architecture keeps the conditional local dependency design, qualified by the 6 October public-ZIP gate. Security keeps the hypothetical fixed-action human approval/recovery design; Business keeps all six hypothetical commerce cases. Maintenance and Test retain exact source/downloads, logs, finite scope and blank actual-host records.
  3. A bare route list would lose consequential boundaries. Keep each task's original date and applicable surface/channel/audience, essential action and failure-sensitive stop. Retain the positive 10 October exact namespace/secret/saved-state correction, 11 October keep-current/direct-replacement correction and 12 October exact publication-name/portal-link versus discretionary-placement distinction. Keep actual-human/current-rights consent, unknown-outcome redispatch stop, access/auth/no-bypass rules and explicit UNKNOWN/NOT RUN status.
  4. All four conflict families remain retrievable. The former AI final unknown paragraph named three, while its commerce section retained checkout. That is not contradictory evidence; the shortened page now names all four explicitly rather than losing checkout in consolidation.
  5. No scoped current contradiction was found in the audited saved material. The historical 9 October location-unknown statement and 2 October broad retention uncertainty remain intentionally dated. Active task pages already incorporate the 10/11 October corrections. This is not a whole-source revalidation or a claim that external policies have not changed since their saved checks.

Four preserved disagreements

No authoritative precedence, exemption, parser outcome or integration-specific enabling is inferred.

Editorial result and retained dates

The existing AI page now starts with stable terminology and a ten-task retrieval map, followed by essential safeguards, unknowns, four conflict pointers and explicit machine-file paths/asset links. Complete fields, commands, protocols, methods and chronology remain at their existing destinations. Genuine smaller skills, ordinary prompts and legitimate service/site/integration alternatives remain possibilities, not tested drop-ins or gate bypasses.

Original dates stay intact: definition/catalog/access/chronology 29 September; checker/host 1 October; recorder/endpoint 2; commerce/checkout 3; action/annotation 4; dependency 5; public-ZIP/conversion 6; CLI 7; continuity 8; supporting OAuth 9; exact client location 10; review/replacement 11; publication/placement 12 October 2026. Saved review/JSON timestamps and research-call brackets are not new fetches, policy or rollout dates. This audit performed no web retrieval and makes no new source-change or no-change claim.

Original Meeting Evidence 0.1.0, all earlier reports/assets/source/downloads/widget/helper and existing evidence records are unchanged. 33 checker and 49 recorder assertions remain separate historical finite offline engineering, not model/security/propagation/approval results. Ten actual-host records and six commercial cases remain NOT RUN; send/dependency designs remain hypothetical/unimplemented. This report and one matching history record document the completed saved-evidence audit; they introduce no new primary-source claim, evidence ID, answer group, task route, widget or kit.

Limits and publication status

Account/portal/provider/recipient/loaded capability/output/value actuals remain unobserved. No source retrieval, operational tooling rerun, host/account/provider/portal operation, guide session, participant/media/analytics action or successful product repair was performed by this audit. Disconnected analytics means unknown behavior, not zero use or demonstrated demand. Contingent lawful observations remain NOT RUN, not unfinished work within this completed bounded study.

Runtime's supplied input confirms the 12 October guide release research-2026-10-12-3f94c69d published at 2026-10-12T18:38:01.349Z. That is not publication of this candidate or a plugin/sample outcome. Earlier reports/history retain their then-current inputs and uncertainty. Current candidate preparation, local checking and final Runtime browser/database/approval/commit/delivery/publication are separate gates; no final acceptance is claimed here.
