Local scripts: retain explicit runtime prerequisites
Retain the existing interpreter, resource and permission prerequisites. The hypothetical local-helper design requires suitable available Python 3; web installation does not deploy its scripts. Resource-path variables locate files, not attest their provenance. The design supplies no dependency deployment or refresh guarantee.
The original 5 October evidence and official packaging guidance remain the relevant references. A manifest, cache edit or installed label alone is not evidence of available dependencies, the loaded configuration or actual output. The existing host-evidence requirements keep these questions separate. No new tested packaging remedy or host result is established.
The 6 October public-channel qualification and 21 October description assessment retain their original scopes and dates; selection, body/reference loading and output remain unobserved. Meeting Evidence 0.1.0 remains not established Codex-ready, and all ten host specifications remain unperformed. The separate histories of 33 checker and 49 recorder assertions are not host or output evidence.
