Local scripts: keep runtime prerequisites explicit
Retain explicit interpreter, resource and permission prerequisites. The hypothetical 5 October design supplies no dependency deployment or refresh guarantee; a manifest, cache edit or installed label alone establishes neither dependencies nor output. See the 29 October note and its host-evidence references.
No new technical finding, tested remedy or host result is established. The 6 October channel qualification and 21 October description assessment retain their original dates and limits. Meeting Evidence 0.1.0 remains unchanged and not established Codex-ready: metadata availability does not establish selection, body/reference loading or output; those stages remain unobserved, and ten host cases remain unperformed. Separate histories of 33 checker and 49 recorder assertions are offline evidence, not host results.
