Local scripts still need intended-host evidence
Keep interpreter, resource and permission prerequisites explicit before relying on a local script. The hypothetical 5 October design supplies no demonstrated dependency deployment or refresh guarantee; an installed label or manifest does not establish those dependencies or useful output.
The 6 October channel qualification and 21 October description assessment retain their original dates and limits. Meeting Evidence 0.1.0 remains unchanged and not established Codex-ready. Availability is distinct from selection, body/reference loading and output; the latter three remain unobserved. Ten host cases remain unperformed. The 33 checker and 49 recorder assertions are separate offline histories, not host or output evidence. No new technical finding, tested remedy or host result is established.
