PIVX’s referral form remains. Its current payment budget does not.
PIVX’s official Ambassador page still links an application route and says positions are referral-only. A newer PIVX forum update from a staff administrator says the Q3 Ambassador Programme was not approved and that it has no budget or allocated funds to make payments.
Decision: PIVX moves from referral-only to not confirmed. A visible form is not enough to call a route current when the issuer’s own programme update leaves funding and new onboarding unresolved.

- All 20 confirmed-open rows retain their own last-check date; a visible route still does not prove acceptance, selection or payment.
