No published VC-funding gate. | Grant component below EUR 2.5 million for innovation work; investment is separate. | 4 November 2026, 17:00 Brussels time, is a full-proposal batch, not a short-stage deadline. Short stage needs 12 pages, up-to-10-slide deck and up-to-three-minute video; normal feedback is 4–6 weeks. Full stage needs more documents and a GO. A fresh applicant cannot assume November is reachable. Country rules and award remain applicant-specific. | Official source · Issuer FAQ

Atlas setup costs USD 500; registered-agent service is USD 100 annually after year one. Credits cannot pay either Atlas fee, cannot transfer to another Stripe account, and are not cash. A later Scale application still needs qualifying VC funding, round timing, and approval; Google does not promise an upgrade. Have an 18-character billing account ID and a matching-domain business email. Third-party models are billed directly. | Official source · tier rules
| Direct route shown; amount conflicts | Microsoft for Startups | Eligible privately held, for-profit software startup in a supported Azure country; no more than USD 350,000 in lifetime free Azure credits; Series C eligibility conflicts across Microsoft pages. The overview says eligible startups may unlock up to USD 150,000 over time. | Do not build a budget from either starter number. A personal consumer Microsoft account, country or region, and payment information are required. Microsoft says review is typically within 3 business days and sponsorship converts to pay-as-you-go after credit use or expiry. | Official source: application · activation | |
| Application shown; written terms conflict | Cloudflare for Startups Tier 3 | The tier says bootstrapped or self-funded and under USD 1 million raised. The same page’s all-applicant list also says “funded within the last 12 months.” | USD 10,000 for one year or until consumed. | Do not assume an entirely self-funded company qualifies until Cloudflare explains the recent-funding line. A payment method is required. Workers AI is capped at USD 2,500 and R2 at USD 10,000; AI Gateway and named services are excluded. Overages and post-expiry use can be billed. Review is estimated at up to 48 hours, not guaranteed. | Official source |
Already using Microsoft startup credits?
The Microsoft FAQ says credits cannot be extended or transferred. Check the balance, expiry, covered services and billing profile in your account. The USD 1,000 plus conditional USD 4,000 new-to-Azure offer is not a renewal for an existing recipient; the Investor Network offer needs a referral code. The issuer’s no-code guides still conflict on USD 200 versus USD 1,000, so confirm the actual balance before spending. Verified 2026-10-05.
