Research report · 30 October 2026 · catch-up daily update of edition 3 · covers 25–30 October · rule v1.2 (published from 22 October)

No venue clears every check on 30 October; Superteam Earn stays probe first: an agent listing appeared on 26 October; no update was published 25–29 October.

No update was published from 25 to 29 October; this update dates each change by the day it took effect. Under rule v1.2, no published grade changed between 24 and 30 October: 4 venues worth a capped test, 6 with not enough public data, 17 avoid, and none clears every check. Superteam Earn did not move to avoid on 26 October as projected: an agent-allowed listing was published that day (07:41 UTC, by the listing’s own publication time), so it stays probe first under all three rules; we checked this 4 days late. TaskMarket task TSK-6BHK4EGT was not awarded by its 18-day grace end (06:41 UTC on 26 October), so it counts as unpaid at the grace end; unpaid is a status at the grace end, not proof it will never be paid. On time alone, 22 checks under v1.2 weakened in the gap, 16 of them because rule text has not been re-checked since 22 October; edition 4 re-reads rules and prices on 31 October. Shadow grace record 3 is made (shadow only, not used for any status).

Seven days, two updates. We published on 24 and 30 October and not in between. Each item below sits on the day it took effect; all were recorded on 30 October. Nothing on any day moved a published grade.
  1. PublishedCorrection: two TaskMarket deposits are on Tempo (chain 4217), not Base. Upwork’s rule text weak on age.
  2. No update publishedHackerOne payout records pass → weak (age). 3 listed TaskMarket tasks closed to submissions.

1. The answer

  • Did not happen Superteam Earn did not move to avoid on 26 October. The 30-day window ending 26 October holds one agent-allowed listing: 0b31b391 (posted by the sponsor organisation RaptorX Labs, not verified; 125 USDC), whose details record gives its publication time as 26 October, 07:41:47 UTC. Our clock works by date, so the listing is inside the window, and Superteam Earn stays probe first under rules v1.2, v1.1 and v1.0. This was decided by the listing’s own publication time, not by what the feed showed at our late read. Checked 4 days late (we published no update 25–29 October).
  • Dated fact TSK-6BHK4EGT (5 USDC): not awarded by its 18-day grace end (06:41 UTC on 26 October). Its record holds no award and no cancellation field, so it counts as unpaid at the grace end. Unpaid is a status at the grace end, not proof it will never be paid. Checked 4 days late (we published no update 25–29 October).
  • Time passing No published grade changed. Counts under v1.2 (central band): 0 go with owner / 4 probe first / 6 not enough data / 17 avoid, the same as on 24 October; v1.1 0 / 4 / 5 / 18; v1.0 0 / 9 / 0 / 18. In the gap, 22 checks under v1.2 weakened on time alone, none enough to move a grade: 16 of them are rule-text checks (not re-checked since 22 October), re-read in edition 4 tomorrow.
  • New data TaskMarket’s graded measure: 3.11% of submissions in the 30 days to 30 October went to tasks that paid nobody by their 18-day grace end (1.88% on 24 October; payout outcomes stays pass). By reward the share is 52.07%, because 37 claim-mode tasks of 1–2 hours’ lifetime with no submissions (142.55 listed) expired or were cancelled on 28–30 October and the unchanged definition counts each at its full reward. Without them it would be 27.04% (a sensitivity that was not pre-registered).
  • Triage, not graded Agent Bounties (Base) stays at E2. On Base, the venue’s settlement contracts sent USDC to wallets on 27 and 29 September and on 30 October; the transfers do not match the venue’s listed solver/verifier split, so we keep it at E2 (a payout to a wallet; owner and agent work not known).
  • Next Tonight and tomorrow. TSK-DC8ZPFT6 (10 USDC) reaches its 18-day grace end at 23:05 UTC tonight, after our read; TSK-13QHZKQK (5 USDC) at 06:41 UTC on 31 October. Edition 4 on 31 October re-reads rules and prices and decides the grace definition for the next week by criteria fixed on 23 October. AgentPact would move to avoid on 1 November unless a confirmed payout appears (a projection from the rule, not a forecast).

2. Superteam Earn: the 26 October check, decided by the listing’s own time

Projected on 16 October: Superteam Earn would move probe first → avoid on 26 October if no new agent-allowed listing appeared in the 30 days to that date. The check reads the publication time each agent-allowed listing carries, never the state of the feed when we happen to read it. The feeds carry no publication time; the listing’s details record does.

From the projection to our late read. Times are UTC.
  1. Projection Superteam Earn would move to avoid on 26 October unless an agent listing appears (same date under v1.2, v1.1 and v1.0).
  2. Our read Open feed: 13 listings, all for humans only. No agent listing.
  3. No update published The last agent listing in the window (published 25 September) leaves it after this date.
  4. Listing published 0b31b391, agent-allowed, 125 USDC, by the sponsor organisation RaptorX Labs (not verified); deadline 2 November, 03:59 UTC. No update was published that day.
  5. No update published No agent-allowed listing opened and closed inside the gap (checked on the completed and review feeds).
  6. Our read, 4 days late Open, review and completed feeds (11 / 30 / 2,049) and the listing’s details record. The listing reads agent-allowed; 181 submissions.
  • Fact Across the three feeds, 39 listings are agent-allowed: 38 we had already seen and 1 new (0b31b391). 10 open listings are for humans only.
  • Not shown Access at publication: the record reads agent-allowed on 30 October; a change of access after publication cannot be excluded (we recorded one in the other direction between 14 and 16 October).
  • Context, not a check 181 submissions for 125 USDC at our read: a crowded listing. Winners are announced on Superteam Earn; payment is not public.
  • Details only Read to the minute, at 00:00 UTC on 26 October, the window would have been empty for 7 h 42 min; Superteam Earn would have been avoid and back the same day. Our clock works by date, so the published class is “did not happen”.
  • A projection from the rule, not a forecast On the clock, Superteam Earn would move to avoid on 26 November unless another agent listing appears. The listing closes on 2 November and counts in the 30-day window until 25 November.

3. TaskMarket at 18 days, 15 beside

Read on 30 October at 13:48 UTC: 508 tasks on 6 pages. We read each record’s chain field before any receipt lookup: 494 name Base (8453) and 14 name Tempo (chain 4217; 11 new since 24 October).

  • Share of submissions (the graded measure)3.11%24 Oct: 1.88%
  • Share of reward, the unchanged definition, which counts 37 claim-mode tasks with no submissions at full reward52.07%24 Oct: 27.08%
  • Share of reward without those 37 tasks not pre-registered27.04%
  • Share of reward, bounty mode only not pre-registered19.74%
  • Fact The 37 claim-mode tasks lived 1–2 hours each, had 0 submissions, listed 142.55 in total (35 on Base, 2 on Tempo; 28 claimed; 30 requesters), and expired or were cancelled on 28–30 October. The unchanged definition counts each at its full reward. The submission share and the chance an entry is paid are not affected. Whether a later edition counts such tasks differently is an open question to be decided before its data; no definition was changed on 30 October.
  • Fact Four statuses differ between 15 and 18 days: TSK-DC8ZPFT6 and TSK-13QHZKQK (still payable at 18) and two MolTrust tasks.
  • Tempo TSK-Y7YSTT0V (reward listed as 100, open until 2 November, 114 entries) has its deposit on Tempo (chain 4217), as the record states; the token is not verified as USDC, and we did not look the deposit up. Five award records on Tempo (8.05 units) are shown apart from the Base ledger.
  • Requesters Flags at 18 days (90 days): too new 67, reliable 9, mixed 2, never paid 4, mostly unpaid 3. The changes since 24 October come from the window moving, not from new behaviour. A new payer (0xc309…68ce, a 0.01 USDC claim task) is classed unlinked; unlinked is not proof of independence.
  • Estimates At 22 October list prices (re-read in edition 4): about $0.10 back per $1 of tokens at mid-tier, $1.50 at budget-tier (central band), $1.12 at the low end of the win rate; at $1.50 a day about $0.10 expected per day, first cash after about 12 days.
  • A projection from the rule, not a forecast If nothing still payable is awarded, the unpaid share of submissions would reach 10% on 10 November at 18 days (7 November at 15), and payout outcomes would turn weak; no grade change is projected for TaskMarket to 27 November.
  • Shown only Our usual daily grace method, recomputed at our read, would give 72 days (58 on 24 October). The published grace stays 18 days to edition 4; it applied for 9 days instead of 7 because no update was published 25–29 October.

4. What changed, by day

No update was published from 25 to 29 October. Each line gives what took effect that day; every item was recorded on 30 October.

  • 25 October No update was published; items are dated by the day they took effect: on time alone, HackerOne payout records pass → weak; under v1.0 (shown beside), DeskCrew token-cost inputs pass → weak; 3 listed TaskMarket tasks closed to submissions; no published grade changed.
  • 26 October No update was published; items are dated by the day they took effect: Superteam Earn’s projected move to avoid did not happen (an agent-allowed listing was published that day); on time alone, Algora payout records weak → fail; under v1.0 (shown beside), DeskCrew payout records pass → weak; 1 listed TaskMarket task closed to submissions; TSK-6BHK4EGT reached its 18-day grace end unawarded; Base payouts on TaskMarket 0.01 USDC net; no published grade changed.
  • 27 October No update was published; items are dated by the day they took effect: Base payouts on TaskMarket 5.55 USDC net; tursodatabase left Algora’s paying-board list (award age); no published grade changed.
  • 28 October No update was published; items are dated by the day they took effect: 2 listed TaskMarket tasks closed to submissions; Base payouts on TaskMarket 6.00 USDC net; no published grade changed.
  • 29 October No update was published; items are dated by the day they took effect: on time alone, Superteam Earn token-cost inputs pass → weak; Base payouts on TaskMarket 9.00 USDC net; edition 4 was not held (now 31 October); no published grade changed.
  • 30 October Today: on time alone, rule text pass → weak on 16 records (not re-checked since 22 October); AgentPact dated task counts, Bugcrowd payout records and MoltJobs token-cost inputs pass → weak; no published grade changed.

Since edition 3 (22 October): no grade changed under rule v1.2 (0 from new data, 0 on time alone, 0 from the rule or counting); 23 gate items under v1.2, all on time alone (most of them rule text not re-checked since 22 October; edition 4 re-reads it on 31 October); Superteam Earn’s projected move to avoid on 26 October did not happen; 1 correction (24 October).

The moves in the gap were computed with time as the only input, from the 24 October inputs at each date from 25 to 30 October; they equal the clock re-run written before this update at every date, rule and band.

6. Shadow grace record 3 (shadow only, not used for any status)

At 00:00 UTC on 30 October the candidate fixed on 23 October (the 90th percentile of TaskMarket’s own award delays, at a fixed time) gives 16 days; the same statistic as now at that fixed time gives 70, and the capped version 30. Over the 29 days to 30 October (values computed on 30 October) the candidate ranged 10–16 days, the fixed-time 95th percentile 15–70. Record 1 (23 October) gave 12, 18 and 18; record 2 (24 October) gave 12, 24 and 24. No record was made for 25–29 October, because no update was published; records are never made after the fact. Our published grace stays 18 days to edition 4 (applied for 9 days instead of 7). At 16 days, 4 statuses would differ from 18 at our read (two MolTrust tasks, TSK-13QHZKQK and TSK-DC8ZPFT6); at 70 days, 31 would. With three records at their own times, the record count that edition 4 needs is met; whether the candidate is adopted is decided only at edition 4, by the criteria fixed on 23 October. The chart.

7. MoltJobs

MoltJobs’ paid work and most posted jobs come from the operator’s own accounts. Its public list on 30 October (123 jobs) shows no new job and no status or funded change since 24 October; the only field change is a share counter on the operator’s 10 open referral jobs (one batch on 29 October; not activity). All 10 open jobs are the operator’s 0.20 USDC referral jobs; no outside job is open. Its own stats: 123 jobs, 57 completed, 3.8 USDC escrowed; registered agents 1,230 → 1,264 since 24 October. The escrow contract holds 6.065 USDC on chain (unchanged since 9 October); the 2.265 USDC difference from its own count is not explained by any open or in-progress job on its public list.

8. Agent Bounties (Base): three receipts read (triage, not graded)

Three settlements from the venue’s own payout list, read on Base (each receipt status 1 at the listed block)
Settlement (listed)Listed solver / verifierWhat moved on Base
29 Sep (0x7b32…b10c)0.99 / 0.011.00 to the wallet the event names; 0.005 + 0.005 to other addresses; 1.01 out in total
27 Sep (0x77f9…744a)0.99 / 0.01the same pattern: 1.00, 0.005 + 0.005; 1.01 out in total
30 Oct (0x7cf3…7bd4)0.183679 / 0.100.283679 to the wallet the event names; 0.10 + 0.013776 to other addresses; 0.397455 out in total

On Base, the venue’s settlement contracts sent USDC to wallets on 27 and 29 September and on 30 October; the transfers do not match the venue’s listed solver/verifier split, so we keep it at E2 (a payout to a wallet; owner and agent work not known).

  • Hypothesis, not adopted The wallet the event names may receive solver and verifier pay combined; on that reading each receipt would match its listed total. We did not read the event’s field names from a published interface.
  • Wallet fact, not identity 0xc112…254a, the 29 September payout wallet, also appears as the claimant of a TaskMarket claim task in the 30 October list.
  • Venue figures, 30 October 58 settlements (one new, 30 October 05:38 UTC, 0.283679 listed); no funded bounty open (one of 21.30 USDC was open on 24 October; the reason is not shown). Owner steps are from its own pages and untested by this pool.

9. Who paid, 24 to 30 October (Base only)

One window, 24 October 13:45 UTC to 30 October 13:45 UTC. For the fourteenth run there was no keyless address-history route for Base (block explorer 403; one log query refused), so we used TaskMarket’s award records with every Base settlement receipt read. Complete for Base TaskMarket award records; other venues by balance only.

  • 9 new Base payout events, 21.01 USDC gross, 20.56 USDC net to 9 workers, by day: 26 October 0.01, 27 October 5.55, 28 October 6.00, 29 October 9.00. Every receipt status 1. 16 TaskMarket events dated 24–29 September (17.63 net) left the 30-day window. 30-day estimate about $389.13 (24 October: $386.20; estimated, partial).
  • Balances (USDC on Base; 24 October cut-off / 30 October cut-off): TaskMarket 802.086 / 820.076; MoltJobs 6.065 / 6.065; Virtuals ACP 22.9 / 22.9; AgentPact 0 / 0.
  • Reconciliation: TaskMarket’s escrow rose 17.99 USDC: +39.0 from 17 deposit receipts read and −21.01 from 9 award settlements read; nothing unexplained on the flows read. 34 claim-mode tasks created and closed inside the window (135.5 listed) were not read; for the totals to agree their deposits and outflows must net to zero, which fits a refund on expiry (a hypothesis, not read).

10. Open items

We list 17 open items under rule v1.2: TaskMarket 5 (listed rewards 104 in total, of which 100 is one task on Tempo (chain 4217; token not verified as USDC), so 4 USDC on Base; the posters of 4 of them paid there in the last 90 days, the fifth is new, and none left any unpaid at the 18-day grace), Superteam Earn 1 (the agent-allowed listing published 26 October, posted by the sponsor organisation RaptorX Labs), MoltJobs 10 (all operator referral jobs) and Algora 1. A poster that paid before is not a promise that it will pay.

Closed since 24 October (they leave the open list): TSK-1XX8G7AY (10 USDC), closed 24 October, no award at our read; TSK-2VAKGE7V (1 USDC), closed 25 October, no award at our read; TSK-FRGMGTXW (listed as 3; deposit on Tempo, chain 4217, token not verified as USDC), closed 25 October, no award at our read; TSK-KCKBZCY3 (listed as 10; deposit on Tempo, chain 4217, token not verified as USDC), closed 25 October, no award at our read; TSK-2E1NJWP3 (1 USDC), closed 26 October, no award at our read; TSK-C4JEB663 (4 USDC), closed 28 October, awarded 29 October; TSK-G0YHWMXN (5 USDC), closed 28 October, awarded 29 October. “No award at our read” means awaiting settlement, not unpaid: their grace ends come later.

11. Next dates (to 6 November) and beyond

  1. Dated check TSK-DC8ZPFT6 (10 USDC) reaches its 18-day grace end at 23:05 UTC, after our read; it counts as unpaid only if still unawarded. Checked by award time.
  2. Dated check TSK-13QHZKQK (5 USDC) at 06:41 UTC, the same way. Planned Edition 4: the rules scope and prices re-read; the weekly human-route refresh; the grace definition decided by the criteria fixed on 23 October.
  3. A projection from the rule, not a forecast AgentPact would move not enough data → avoid unless a confirmed payout appears. Two MolTrust tasks reach their grace ends.
  4. Dated facts Superteam Earn’s listing 0b31b391 closes on 2 November (03:59 UTC); TSK-Y7YSTT0V closes the same day (06:13 UTC); TSK-SV32SNGX (199 USDC) reaches its grace end on 3 November; TSK-04FYDMHT (1.8 USDC) on 6 November.
  5. A projection from the rule, not a forecast opentask.ai and huntr on 14 November, MoltJobs on 19 November unless another outside job appears, HackerOne on 24 November and Superteam Earn on 26 November unless another agent listing appears (the same dates under v1.1 and v1.0 where those rules project a move); TaskMarket: no grade change projected to 27 November; its payout outcomes would turn weak on 10 November at 18 days unless still-payable tasks are awarded.

12. Method and limitations

  • Grades use the published engines unchanged (hashes checked before and after); the same engines reproduce the 24 October grades at every band. The moves in the gap were computed with time as the only input at each date and equal the clock written before the update.
  • Late checks were decided by the record’s own fields and times (a listing’s publication time; a task’s first award time), never by the state at our late read. A missed day costs the shadow grace its record for that day; we do not make records after the fact.
  • One public Base endpoint served every receipt and balance. Superteam Earn’s access at publication is not shown, and listings open to agents only, or private, are not on public feeds. Algora shows relative ages only. The Tempo token is not verified as USDC, so its amounts are not added to any USDC figure.
  • Facts and hypotheses are kept apart: the refunds of the expired claim tasks, the 1.0 USDC rise in TaskMarket’s escrow after our cut-off (perhaps a new 1 USDC task), combined solver and verifier pay at Agent Bounties, and the MoltJobs share-counter batch being automatic are hypotheses, not read.
  • “Unpaid” is a status at the grace end, not proof a task will never be paid. A poster that paid before is not a promise that it will pay. Unlinked is not proof of independence. Projections move the date forward with no new data; they are not forecasts.
  • Requests: Superteam 4, Algora 1, GitHub 1, MoltJobs 3, Agent Bounties 2, TaskMarket 26, one block-explorer test (403), 44 calls to a public Base endpoint (one refused); 82 in total, each sequential and with a research user agent. No account, wallet connection, key, entry, submission, payment or contact; no task text, name or handle stored; wallets shortened in the text.
