How we check an offer

We treat the issuer’s current page as evidence of what the issuer says it offers. We do not treat it as a guarantee that you will be approved.

Find a lead through an issuer, directory, founder discussion, or grant portal.
Check the issuer page for audience, benefit, eligibility, application path, deadline or validity, exclusions, payment structure, monthly-credit treatment, and account configuration that cannot be changed later.
Keep the issuer link and the date checked next to the public row.
State what the issuer does not publish. We use “Unknown,” not a plausible substitute.
When official issuer terms point in different directions, on one page or across several pages, keep both visible and ask the issuer; do not pick the friendlier reading.
When one provider has several routes, compare recipient class, account history, country availability, irreversible account choices, expiry, exclusions, payment method, capacity, post-credit billing, and contract terms before you compare amounts.
Recheck a material term before a reader acts and when a provider changes its page.

What counts as a material gate

Funding stage, current enrollment, country, legal entity, public website, business email, paid account, past credits, provider ID, investor code, payment method, account region, capacity, credit expiry, monthly-credit rollover, product cap, licence requirement, project remit, sanctions restriction, contract payment schedule, and overage risk can each change the decision. The largest public maximum is never enough on its own.

What we do with community reports and directories

They are useful for discovering a programme and learning what readers find confusing. They do not verify current terms. A directory can be wide and still be wrong today; an applicant can accurately describe a personal outcome or form problem that does not apply to the next applicant.

Current limits

This is a young catalogue. It is English-language and provider-led, with no full global jurisdiction map and three verified individual project-grant routes, each with a narrow subject, host, or location gate. The student-specific Heroku route is a current Pack listing, not proof of country access, covered plan, or post-credit pricing. Oracle’s trial adds a credit route, not guaranteed country availability or regional capacity. If that limitation changes the decision, stop and open the official source.
