Do not infer
Do not infer country access from an English page, a general grant from individual eligibility, a typical award from a published range, an entry-tier amount from a programme maximum, a credit figure from a generic “credits available” claim, a credit period from an application decision window, grant status from a sign-up link, approval from a sign-up link, available capacity from a listed service, monthly-credit rollover from a duration, a precise application cutoff from a monthly selection rhythm, or clarity from conflicting statements in one official page or across official issuer pages. Mark it unknown, then say which official page or issuer reply could resolve it.
