Marketing Agent OS is the harness-library option: reusable marketing skills and optional helpers that run inside an approved host environment. The host harness—not the library alone—sets most execution and access boundaries.
What the project claims
Boundary. Its README describes a skills library with targeted installers and instruction-only skills that need no runtime dependency. Counts and portability are project claims, not independent outcome evidence.
